Live in care

We take a person centred approach where your professional live-in carer works with you to meet your personal needs and wishes, following an individually designed support plan that is put together by one of our local assessors in conjunction with those that are familiar with existing routines and needs. Your care is arranged on your terms and is designed to meet existing preferences for meals and eating times, naps and hobbies as well as established medication and care routines. And as your needs change, our one-to-one care has the flexibility to evolve with you.

Our live in service includes the following:

  • Constant care and companionship for you in your own home from a carer who is dedicated to your needs
  • Support with your housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and shopping, as well as trips out
  • Support with personal and continence care, medication or helping with restricted mobility
  • Assistance with cooking to your tastes and advise you on how to achieve a well-balanced diet
  • Smooth changeovers when your regular carer requires a break
  • Choice of male or female carer
  • Directly employed or introduction of a carer
